Weigh In
Well I'm very happy with my weight loss this week! 5 1/4 lb! Plus 8 inches off so I'm really pleased that my dieting and exercising have paid off!
I've been on my new cross trainer every day for at least half an hour, infact it's 11.30pm and I've jut finished 45 minutes on it! Plus I've been going to the gym as often as I can, which is working out at about 3 times a week at the moment, so I'm doing between 30 minutes and 2 hours of exercise a day and I'm loving it! I've got plenty of energy again and I cant stop smiling!
