Before After

This Week

It's been really busy for me for the last couple of weeks but I have been able to keep it all together between work and family.

My son graduated two weeks ago and everyone was in town which meant a lot of cooking and eating. My weight has been up and down like crazy.

My forst week on Phen, I lost 8 pounds which was great with no exercise. Now I've been on Phen since June 1st and haven't lost any weight. The scale hasn't moved but my clothes do feel differernt and I like that. I've been working crazy hours midnight to 7am, 4pm to midnight, and 8-4pm and on weekends. So my eating has been a little crazy but I'm not overeating at all.

I think that I'm not eating enough and that's why my weight hasn't changed. I also have noticed and on my first week of Phen I didnt want to eat but i made sure that i did. Now it seems that I always feel hungry on the Phen. I go see the doctor on Wednesay for my checkup and to see what he says.

So until then, I thank everyone for their support and know that my support is with you too.

Great job so far! :0)

Although the scale isn't moving, your clothes loosening up is a good thing. I've never been on it so I can't really say what works best for it or not but I'm here to root for you to lose weight! :0)

Hope you are having a great weekend, and congrats to your son graduating! :0)

hiya

Hiya...I am also on phen. I was finding myself hungry, so I cut the pill in half. Take the first half before breakfast, the 2nd half at lunch, seems to work. What strength phen are you on? And my dr said that on phen you still need to eat some fattening food to make sure you are taking in enough for the meds to keep working (in his words, that does not mean over indulge) I hope that helps some! Congrats on the 8 lbs.
