My first doctor's visit
Today was my visit to the doctors office to get my Phentermine. He gave me the 37.5 dosage. He told me about all the sife effects but when I asked him about the B-12 shot he said that it wasn't necessary. I have read where most people who take Phentermine take he B-12 shots. So I bought me the B-12 in the pill form. I don't know if I will get the same effects as the shots but we will see.
As I got on the scale, I weighed 227. I home scale says 220, but I was on a digital one at the office and mine is not so I will just subtract 7 pounds everytime I get on my scale at home.
I tired today because I got off work late. This is my swing shift this week which means I work 4pm to midnight and I don't go to sleep right away when I get home.
I'm going to start my first day of meds tomorrow and I can't wait.
