My First Day

Today, I woke up this morning and decided to make a change in my life...my weight. I said to myself this is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I never weighed this much when I was pregnant both times.

I get tired of feeling tired when I walk up a flight of stairs. I hurt my back 2 years ago in a car accident and it's taken this long for it to heal. I was able to exercise like I wanted to because it made it hurt and I didn't watch what I ate which didn't help.

I want more energy and I want to be able to go shopping again and have fun doing that.

I know that I set a goal weight and time which may be impossible but that's what I'm shooting for before the new year.

A new attitude and body for a new year.

It's not about luck; it's about acting, doing something about it.  You have control over this so do it for yourself....who else will, right?  So I wish you the realization that you are in control of this.

on the journey.  You can do it.  Be sure to set reasonable goals (1-2 lbs a week) and watch your portions, drink water and exercise a little and you will get there.
