In the beginning...
Hi! This is my first post on here. I signed up sometime within the past hour or so.
Let's start with the basics, shall we? I'm a 20 year old wife, stay-at-home-mom, and college student. I was 104 lbs before college. I gained 41 lbs my freshman year and proceeded to gain another 92 lbs during my pregnancy. I've been trying to get this weight off of me since about February.
So, here I am, 5 months later, trying to lose the weight. I've already lost 11 lbs. I'm sure I can lose the remaining 129 lbs (hell, I'd settle for 90).

you have a new baby in the family -- so neat! :) congrats on that!
welcome to the neighborhood... and great job for stepping up and starting the process... 11 lbs is GREAT!
One quick suggestion.... dont assume you can lose 140 lbs in one year (your chart shows that you want to be at goal weight within a year)... you didnt gain it all in one year... so losing it that fast is unrealistic. Aim for 60 lbs this year and 60 lbs next year... so you can have an attainable goal -- cause no doubt you can rock that!
