Wedding Planning!!!
I now have a magnificent reason and tremendous motivation to lose weight - I'M GETTING MARRIED IN 8 MONTHS!!! I'm going to start trying on dresses at the end of the month. I started taking some vitamins to help with my thyroid problem (I'm not sure what it's called, but I have borderline hypothyroidism - it's just not low enough for me to be on prescription medications). I haven't been exercising that much lately since my husband (he's my fiance, but we call each other husband and wife since we've been living together for about a year and a half, have a baby, have been religiously married, but are still waiting to be legally married because of health insurance) has been working 10-13 hours a day. By the time I put my son down to sleep, I'm to exhausted to even think about exercising. Sugar-free Red Bull is what keeps me going. All this wedding planning is fun, but it's also so headache-inducing.
I haven't weighed myself in a while. I'm afraid of what the scale will tell me. I've been trying to remember to eat well, but with everything going on, I forget to eat. I usually eat 1-2 bowls of cereal and an apple and drink a couple cans of soda a day... Not healthy, I know. I'm trying to get back into the 10 cups of water a day thing and more fruits and veggies.
I probably shouldn't be stressing out about the wedding so early on, but I want everything to be perfect. I know most women want the same thing, but after our religious ceremony which my mom paid for, I don't want to run into the same problems. I'm gonna keep track of what I've gotten done along with my weight loss.
