Back After A Long "Break"
I've taken several months off from visiting my blog here. I'm back now though! Today I had an awesome time at Zumba. It's getting easier. For the
first time I'm able to do the higher impact moves. When I first started
I could not do any of the jump moves. I'm not doing them 100% yet. I'm
at about 80%. I ran for one minute at 6 mph today. Woohoo! Today was a legs and abs day for weight lifting. =)
