Doing Well =)
I went to Zumba tonight. It was a good 60 minutes of cardio.
I'm a few pages into my detox diet book. I hope that changing my diet will help to strengthen my immune system. This getting sick every other week is for the birds! The diet looks mainly like this: fish, veggies, and fruit. I'm going to give it a go for get in shape and improve my immune system. I wanted to cut out most processed foods anyway.
