Sick again.....blah!

So after my month of the flu, I started to get back on track. I just went back to normal, healthy eating and was about to add exercise when I got a terrible tummy flu. I was really sick for two days, but my tummy felt bad for about 4 or 5 days after that. I went back to eating fast, easy junk and didn't work out because it hurt to move around too much. I wanted to get started back on eating well and working out this Monday......Monday decided to be the start of "that time of the month". I've felt icky all week! Ugg! I did start eating better this week and plan to workout today if I stop feeling icky. I should feel well by tomorrow. I'm trying not to let these set backs get me down. I feel like I've been sick for about 2 months straight now. Ugg!

I need a plan and here it is:

I've gone shopping for lots of healthy foods. I have a gym membership, but my gym is a 20-30 minute drive away. I'm thinking of purchasing a second gym membership at the gym that is about 5 minutes away. I know that it will cost more for me, but I think that I will workout more often if I have a closer place to go to. The gym I have is all high-tech and fancy, but sometimes I talk myself out of going because it's almost an hour in drive time there and back. I feel guilty spending the extra money on a second gym membership, but I need to get healthy. I feel that this is what might work for me.

I agree

A convenient gym membership is better than one that's too far away.

Sorry you've been under the weather.  That is no fun at all!
