I Hit My V-Day Goal! =)
Woohooo! I finally broke through that pesky 219 that I've been stuck at for a month! I woke up today at 217.
This weeks goals are:
Keep eating healthier foods.
Reduce my portions a tiny bit.
Take my suppliments and vitamins.
When I do crave a "Less Healthy" food try having a small bit of it.
Exercise at least 3 times.
My goal for today is to: workout and make healthy choices at our family Valentine's Day/B-Day party. It should be a piece of cake.....or a small bite or two.
