Do I need to be competitive to lose weight?
Often I have found it's the most competitive and driven people who are the most successful at weight loss. There is just something that drives them to continue to lose. I am one of the least competitive people there are. I don't like winning if it means that someone else loses. But with weight loss, if I win, others can win too. If I can inspire others that it can be done, then I have helped more than me.

competition
I have found that when I am competitive, cocky and very self-confident that I am much more successful. When I see people with similair weight loss stats/goals as me I try harder to in essnece "beat them to goal as silly as that sounds. I try to find friends with similiar goals too to encourage/compete with. I enjoy being rewarded for my hard work with compliments and public recognition, hence why I love weight watchers lol. But you don't have to be competive to be successful, that's just how I am.
