Before After

"C" is for Cookie

yesterday at the gym was the most intense workout i have ever done...

-30 min elliptical- crosstrain mode -360 cal.

-1 hour spinning with the hardest teacher i have ever had! -500 cal (on TDP)

-1 training session: C25K -158 cal.

whew!

and now im going back for more... but i deserve to.  nick has been on this cookie kick lately- he bakes EVERY night, @ least one time, most times twice.  normally i am able to say no to the cookies, but last night i ate six huge sugar cookies! i could not believe what i had done!  so now i have to drag my butt back to that gym for a "cookie monster workout".  im not sure what yet- but it will be hard!

my C25K training is going much better than i thought.  if you just follow the plan it really isnt too bad!  only 37 more days until my race! i still think i am on-plan for doing this... i had a dream last night that i just stopped training but still tried to run the race, talk about a nightmare!

well, i have to get back to the gym to do my cookie-buster workout, then work later.

see you around ladies, keep up all the good work! (and SoF, and Smooth)

kate.

OMG!

Holy Crap, girl!  That workout is CRAZY!  Crazy!

The c25k program is great.  I remember at first I thought, "You want me to run for a minute STRAIGHT?!" Then I remember being able to go for 30 minutes and feeling SO accomplished.  I can't wait to get back to running!  I miss that high.

hahaha

I can relate to the baking problem...I'm a super big baker... but he bakes twice a night sometimes?!  LOL, I can see how that would make it difficult.  It sounds like your workout might have actually made up for all 6 cookies though!  And I will join you if you ever want to start a club for cookie monsters anonymous.  :)

Love it!

How was the cookie-buster workout?  I cracked up at the "shutting my pie hole" thing at the top.  It's funny (especially since I just had a small piece of pie!!

pig out

well dont feel bad cuz we all have our moments when we just gotta indulge. Read my blog entry on how I just ate and ate. Yeah I always feel like I need to go on a diet the next day after eating so much but it's just the thought of it makes me stress out. I am planning on just eating very light today and tomorrow. by the way your after picture looks pretty decent, you dont have much body fat it looks.

lol

I love your posts.. they are so funny sometimes.  I like your new background as well.   My BF is the same way.  if we got cookie mix he'll bake them every night and drive me crazy.  What he has been doing lately though is waiting till I fall asleep and pig out on my healthy snacks like special K bars and Cottage cheese.. grrrrrrrr
