Back with my tail bewteen my legs
I was doing so well this summer, I was down 14 pounds in 4 weeks. I threw the towel in and just 'had fun' for the rest of summer. Big bummer. At least I'm back. Just in time for Christmas. I figure it's only going to get harder the longer I wait to jump back on. I've gained 10 pounds back. Ugh. I've exercized 4 times in the last 5 months. Yikes.
