Admit it and move on

Yesterday evening I was so revenous I went and bought a KFC chicken sandwhich. That was legit, only 6 points and I had 8 left. Then I went on to eat about 10 pts worth of garlic bread and probably another 10 pts worth of some INCREDIBLE brownie torte thing I made for a friend...mistake number one, making some for my hubby and leaving it in the house. DUH?! I just have to get it out in the open, admit it and start fresh today! Hope you're all having a great tuesday!

Just admit it (which you did) and pick yourself up and start over fresh. You can do this!!

Yummy!  I miss garlic bread so much.  It's just one of those things I have to stay away from.  Today is a new day for you!

I II have found that when I treat myself with candies or sweets ( even if allowed) I always crave and over-eat the next day. Just a thought and good luck and keep up the good work. Back to a new day....

Post script...

I meant  to tell you your baby is precious! so cute.... and about the sweets triggering foods, I do think their is a medical truth that says sugar increases insulin and  insulin makes you hungry. The first few days BACK this time I was "starved" but the cravings have stopped so I hope that helps you. Good luck and keep up the good work,
