Admit it and move on
Yesterday evening I was so revenous I went and bought a KFC chicken sandwhich. That was legit, only 6 points and I had 8 left. Then I went on to eat about 10 pts worth of garlic bread and probably another 10 pts worth of some INCREDIBLE brownie torte thing I made for a friend...mistake number one, making some for my hubby and leaving it in the house. DUH?!
I just have to get it out in the open, admit it and start fresh today!

Just admit it (which you did) and pick yourself up and start over fresh. You can do this!!

Garlic Bread....
Yummy! I miss garlic bread so much. It's just one of those things I have to stay away from. Today is a new day for you!

I II have found that when I treat myself with candies or sweets ( even if allowed) I always crave and over-eat the next day. Just a thought and good luck and keep up the good work. Back to a new day....

I meant to tell you your baby is precious! so cute.... and about the sweets triggering foods, I do think their is a medical truth that says sugar increases insulin and insulin makes you hungry. The first few days BACK this time I was "starved" but the cravings have stopped so I hope that helps you. Good luck and keep up the good work,
