TODAY
So I had my daughter 1 year ago. I gained a lot of weight due to Preclampsia and tippled the scales @ 217lbs the day I delivered. Currently I am holding on to an extra 20 lbs and I am ready to let go. My body has never looked or felt like this and I understand having a baby reeks havok on the body but it is time for a change. My SO is also currently outta shape and weighs 380#(he is 6'5") I think by me eating better and working out it will motivate him. I am currently 169.6#(thanks to the evil thing they call a scale that sits convienantly next to my desk) and am 5'5". My goal is to be 150(or less) by the last w/e in September for a wedding we have to attend. My vice is pop-I work 3rd shift 4 nights a week and it is what keeps me awake. I hate diet pop and coffee so I do not know how I am going to give this one up.
