Sneak Peek
Took a sneak peek at the scales this morning, down 5 lbs!!!! Only been following this for 3 days!!!!! Yippppeeeee, so far it is working.
Maybe my thyroid is not as messed up as I thought! But we will see how much I am able to lose.
Food: Breakfast, Two eggs and 3 bits of turkey bacon
Snack: grapes, and a few slices of cheese
Lunch: A Greek salad, and half a chicken breast
Dinner: Taco salad made with turkey meat, and no shell
Snack: two slices of ham
and TONS of water. Going to do the same thing today for lunch, love Greek salads!!!
Work today and tomorrow, off Saturday and work Sunday. Then start my new job on Monday. I'm a bit nerves about the new job, its work from home customer service, I know I can do it, I just want it so bad, I don’t want to mess it up!!
Well, I had better get going, going to make an mushroom omelet for breakfast!!!
