WOW!!
So here I am, sipping a strawberry and banana smoothie, for breakfast, and just being reflective..
Yesterday, I was a very bad girl!! Not one but TWO pieces of cake... but no use dwelling on it, moving on from that, and taking a stand!!!
I am sick of feeling sick, from the crap i have been eating, i am sick of feeling bogged down and no energy from the lack of veggies!!! I really wish I would have planted a garden, to give my family all the veggies at no cost!!
but next year for sure, i even have the place cleaned out and ready for next year..
I have started my own home business, so I am a stay at home momma, and sitting on my butt for most of the day talking on the phone, so my food intake i know needs to be around 2100 cals a day to lose 2 lbs a week. I also need to start an exercize plan, start doing my kettel bell again!!! REALLY!!! I love that!!! So starting today, monday through friday kettel bell!!! off on Sat and Sun.
So that is my plan.. tons of veggies, exercize 5 times a week, and cals no more than 2100 ...
I have done this before, I will do it again, and next time, avoid the cake!!! LOL
