Aerobics Class
Holy bejesus! My aerobics class is going to kill me. I had my first "actual" class today. HOLY SHIT. I was sweating, and panting and wanting to die.
If I don't lose weight from this class, I will never lose weight. Wish me luck!

I weighed myself tonight. I have lost 5 pounds. I was pretty happy about that. I have been doing minor exercises.. like pilates here and there. I do a lot of exercises in the shower actually. When I am washing my hair I do leg lifts. ^^ So, I suppose they have been paying off.
I haven't really eaten anything bad. I go out once a weekend after hockey games with my family, and I eat the best I can, but sometimes cheating is okay. I still have lost 5 pounds though.
I start school later today (I should probably go to bed) and I am taking an aerobics class. I really hope that will help. Someone told me there was a pilates class, I wish I could have taken that!
Oh well.. night!
My mom asked me if I wanted Subway for dinner.. and of course I said "Yes". I had the sweet onion chicken terriyaki, which is one of their under 6 grams of fat subs. Only, she brought home cookies. Ugh.. my weakness. Subway cookies. Yum. I told her from now on, no cookies.
I did lose a pound.. and I am breaking out the pilates video tonight. Going to do some exercising.
Keep it up everyone. I am cheering everyone on, but I need everyone to cheer me on too!
I have told myself for the last year that I was going to go on a diet. Alas, I haven't. I went on Weight Watchers and lost 7 pounds in 2 months. Went off Weight Watchers, and gained 10 pounds. This time I am serious. I want to lose weight. I am sick of my clothes not fitting. I have been considering the South Beach Diet, but I haven't really looked into it. My mom said it's supposed to be good, but I will wait until she looks into it. ^^
