WI, Food log for 2 days and a little mini challenge....
Well, today was WI and I am happy to report another 1.2 pounds gone!! So I am getting closer to getting those pesky 7 pounds off that I gained and back to where I was a month ago. :) I am happy to be able to report another loss. And it was not that hard, to be honest. Just journal, water, exercise. Focus is on the basics....they always work for me.
And now to the mini challenge....and I don't have to change a thing that I am doing.....how many weeks in a row can I NOT gain??? So far I have 2 weeks in a row of losses. This would include a loss or maintain to be counted. So who wants to be in with me?? All we have to focus on is NO GAIN. :) Even a maintain....a .2 loss....anything that is not in the opposite direction, would count.
C'mon...you know you wanna do it!?!?! lol.
Alright...happy Saturday to all. I am sure I will check in again over the weekend. We are spending a nice, relaxing time, doing nothing. Today we will walk with my son over to the park for a while. And then when I get home I will do 2 miles on the ole Judge Dread!! lol. :)
Onward and downward!!

I'm in
You betcha. . . . I'm ready to jumpstart into gear. I'm done with Week one of C25K and feel GREAT! I believe I maintained this week. Did not go to WI. I will see how I feel tomorrow and will definitely get on MY HOME Scale.
I've barely been able to lose the water weight I retained from TOM, so I'm happy to just maintain at this point in time! Challenges always result in the non-desired effect for me! :) But, I wish you all the luck!! Sounds like you are very motivated both food and exercise wise!!
Here I am trying to feel sorry for myself and you want to motivate me???? What's up with that? I'm in. But I worry that I won't lose this week with no exercise AGAIN!
Anyway, congratulations on your loss. I knew you'd be back!
Oh, and I just read your last post. WHoo freakin hoo! I hope you cleaned yourself up after peeing on yourself. (My little millionaire!)
I like your motivation. You are so right, a loss is a loss no matter how small and to maintain is still an accomplishment. Now I don't feel as bad about only losing 0.6 of a pound. I admit that although I'm glad I didn't gain I was very disappointed, especially after a five pound loss!
How exciting that you might get on "...5th Grader". I always thought I was a fairly intelligent person until I watched a few episodes and was bested by 10 year olds! LOL! Good luck!
I will so totally watch the show if you are on there!
You are doing great...as far as your challenge goes...i dont know, I'm having trouble staying motivated enough not to go and drown myself in a glass of ice cold Pepsi <doh>
