Yesterday could have been better but....
I am not going to sweat it at all.
Here is my journal...
Sandwich

Light dressing - 1
Baked cheetos - 3
Carne asada
3 flower tortillas
cheese
guacamole and sour cream
golden spoon small
reeces peanut butter cups topping
I did put the points for dinner because I did not really take in the portions. So I know that my flex are gone and I am a little negative into them.
Not a bad weekend overall. We don't have much planned for the summer so I should be able to continue with the focus that I have been having. This will be another good week...I am sure of it.
I don't really have much more to talk about. I feel good about the progress I am making....what the scale said last week....my water intake.....my exercise....so it has all fallen into place and I feel good about that. As long as I do the habits that keep me healthy, then I will get the other results that I am looking for....losses. So my focus is on creating healthy habits....not being a journal NAZI! :)
