Yesterday could have been better but....

I am not going to sweat it at all.

Here is my journal...

Sandwich

I did put the points for dinner because I did not really take in the portions.  So I know that my flex are gone and I am a little negative into them.

Not a bad weekend overall.  We don't have much planned for the summer so I should be able to continue with the focus that I have been having.  This will be another good week...I am sure of it. 

I don't really have much more to talk about.  I feel good about the progress I am making....what the scale said last week....my water intake.....my exercise....so it has all fallen into place and I feel good about that.  As long as I do the habits that keep me healthy, then I will get the other results that I am looking for....losses.  So my focus is on creating healthy habits....not being a journal NAZI!  :)

Onward and Downward!!

But you are accountable for all of it.  You deserve a smiley face, even though you're not doing that anymore.  I'll put one on my calendar for you!  How about that? 

You are the journal NAZI, and that's okay.  If that's what you need to do right now, you do it.  You ARE creating healthier habits and you are going to look so hot in "THE DRESS".
