It apears to have taken up residency....
So how is it that my home scale has me 4 pounds less than last week but WW scale shows me a teeensy .8 loss???
Uh....those 7 pounds did not know they were supposed to leave this week....or at least most of them.
But nope. 6.2 of them are still here. *sigh*
What's a girl to do.
I ran 5 miles...what more do you want from me, oh body of mine?!?! lol.
Anyway, I can not look backward or change the past...I can only deal with what I have been given today.....
So this week comes with good choices all around and a productive week!!!
And more of those pounds will be gone next Saturday. You can take that to the bank.
xoxo and goodnight everyone

Keep up the great work!
Sorry that the pounds didn't obey you this week. But goodness, I hope that you see how GREAT you have done! And 5 MILES? That is incredible! I don't know when I'll be ready for that. It seems impossible right now.
Thanks for being an inspiration!

that's not right!
The scale is deceiving you. There's no way you gained 7 lbs in one week and no way that you are really holing on to more than 6 of them! Something is causing this fluctuation... are you drinking your water? Too much salty food? TOM about to visit? This isn't a real number... give it a week to get out of your system.
Stupid scale.

Good Luck...
this week!! Don't you just hate the difference in certain scales. I swear, the one at the Dr.'s office always lies!!! HAHAHAHA!! Hang in there girl, you're doing great.

Busy, Busy
Wow, that was quite the run! Looks like our resident HotMom has gotten people lacing up their running shoes and hitting the ground running. Don't worry about the scale so much. Just keep challenging yourself, and the weight will follow eventually.
Have a great day!

Well......
You should be proud that you ran 5 miles! I'm proud of you! As for the scale, well, screw the scale! That's right! You're back on track and you know that. It will come off. You have come too far to even think about giving up. I know you're not thinking that, but I'm just reminding you! Way to go on that run! When are you doing it again? LOL!
