Before After

I didn't think I would be able to come here and blog but...

I gained 7 pounds today.

It is not real.

But it is a reality check.

That is the worst gain I have ever had.  Most of it I gained since I came back from Vegas.

I gained 6 pounds once...and lost it the next week.  I am sure that TOM being 10 days away doesn't help.  Because that usually helps with a gain if I am going to have one.

7 pounds.  Wow.

That's all for now.  I think I need a bath.

Looks like I picked a bad day to stop sniffing glue.  lol.  ;)

Comments to this post:

definitely not real

Karrie, that 6 will be gone since it is fake weight. Doesn't sdoun to me like you are letting it knock you down - that's my girl. Enjoy your day and keep a smile on your pretty face.

silly me

I meant to say 7 will be gone. Guess I focussed on the 6 you mentioned. When you are goal you won't remember either because it is just a blip on the radar.

my favorite expression

I picked a bad day to stop sniffing glue.  Pretty much a daily quote for me lately!

IT'S NOT REAL

KBB, that is sooooo fake weight.  I'll bet you'll see at least 5# (if not more) gone next week if you "put the hammer down" ........

You  can do it!!

LaLa

Absolutely!

TOM is an evil sort...that isn't real weight.

I'm joining you on your challenge, I've gained 2.4 pounds this week <doh>

We can do this!

yeah, ...

... but was it worth it?  The answer should be "Oh hell yeah!"

It will come back off.  You know this.

And I love the quote "Looks like I picked a bad day..."  Straight out of Airplane.

All right girlfriend, lets do this thing!

Fake Weight

This is why I hate TOM! ITs not real weight! Don't worry about it! I do agree with all the other comments, its going to come off! You will see! I know you can do it, look at how far you have come, there is nothing that is going to stop you. Keep on going and don't give up.

I love your challenge, its a simple yet it has everything you need!

Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!

WOW

It's going to be okay.  You're going to lose all that weight, you're going to get into that sexy little number and paint the town red!

You've always been there for me so I'm saying right now. . . get off your butt and exercise.  I've decided that's what makes the difference for us now. . not exercising throws everything off.

Have a great week.  LOVE YOU!

Um, dang!

Did I start a downward spiral for everybody?  I'm reading lots of blogs that sound exactly the same today.  A lot of the same as what I was posting.  I would hate to be held responsible for this as well as everybody getting the stomach virus!  (Cuz you know I get blamed for everything.)  Anyway, control is in sight.  You will have that fake weight gone in no time!  Remember the challenge?  You do so well with challenges.  It's time to get reacquainted with your JUDGE again!  Good luck!

Fake Weight

I call all weight "fake weight".  It just makes me feel better, but yours is definitely fake.  TOM is just messing with you and trying to make you feel guilty.  Don't let him win.  So, you haven't been in complete control lately... Big Deal.  It's not the end of the world.  You know that.  You've already gotten back into the game.  New day, new challenge.  Screw TOM.  Show him who's really the boss.  Next WI that fake weight will disappear, I'm sure of it.

You'll be fine

Don't sweat it, hon.  New weight is so much easier to get rid of than that old crap you've been carrying the last few years.  Just remember your new challenge and stick to it.

I read through your last 3 posts and saw so much of myself in what you've said.  I am also an extremist.  I am either really into something or completely out.  That's why I've never stuck with a weight loss plan long enough to get any lasting results.  By committing to a long term program (12 weeks), I know I will stick to it until it is over.  Then what?  I'll have to prepare in advance for something new.  Funny thing is, I've never lasted this long (2 months) without falling back into my old ways.  Could this finally be it for me?  Could it be that I have finally changed my lifestyle forever?  I hope so.  Only time will tell...

Have a great Monday!

Angel

Sorry

Sorry to hear about your gain.  But don't worry, it will be gone, gone, gone!!  Keep your chin up.  TOM is playing a dirty little trick on you.  :(
