Oh yeah......DUH!!!
The challenge.
BACK TO BASICS MEMORIAL DAY CHALLENGE
35 days.
Last WI of the challenge May 26th.
B.A.S.I.C
B(elieve).A(spire).S(ucceed).I(nspire).C(hallenge). Yeah…so it is cheesy!! I made it up.
1. Water. 2. Dairy. 3. Exercise 5 times a week. 4. Journal.
That’s it!! So this challenge goes out to you too. What basic things are you NOT doing?!?! And what do you want to be doing that you know makes a difference to you??!?!?!?!

Catchy name for yor challenge!
Ok, sounds good. We will buy new jeans and just sit there...but wouldn't standing be better so that we can be fully admired?

Ok, I wanna be in it!
I think I need a challenge to inspire me as well.
I've never done one before though, so I'm going to need some coaching, me thinks!

BASIC
So, I'll keep it simple.
1. Water
2. Dairy
3. Fruits and veggies
These things I have not been keeping track of and I don't think I've been doing so well with them.
I think that is all my brain can handle. I KNOW exercise should be in there but I also know this is such a bad time for me, schedule-wise. I KNOW I should find - no, make - the time for it but I have to admit to myself that it just isn't going to happen. I'll go post on my own page about that. For the challenge, I will choose the three items above. Acheivable, and though I should be doing them without even thinking, they have been challenging lately because I haven't been tracking (more in my blog).
