I have a quick story for you. Have you ever been smacked in the head with a message?????
I was looking for a pen in the front part of my house so I was going through the drawyer of my bio dad's chest of drawyers I keep in the living room (he has passed). I opened all of the drawyers and in the last one was a stone. It was one of those smooth paperweight stones that you see on people's desks. But, the message on it was this:
Patience
I burst out laughing. I am a bit frustrated right now because TOM is reaking havoc on me and my body and my appetite. And although I do not want to have patience, sometimes we are reminded that we need to have some. I know that I will not be done with this part of the journey tomorrow....but if I just wait long enough, I will get there. With just a little patience.
So I had to laugh at getting hit with that message.
And, as a friend pointed out, if I don't have any patience that day, I can just throw the rock at someone and it can make me feel better!!!! lol.
Onward and Downward!

Good morning! Patience is exactly what all of us should have. The journey is so much better than the end result, anyway. Skinny people aren't constantly being motivated by people around them. They don't have that awesome feeling when they lose a pound or two, nor when they fit into smaller clothes. Enjoy every minute of your quest to attain your goals.
It is hard to be patient with our weight loss as we like to be thin overnight, but we all know that it doesn't work that way. I think the results wouldn't be more rewarding if we didn't work hard and be patient with our body to get healthier. Hope you had a great day. :)
Got your message about not posting. So I posted this morning. I know I'm bad about this whole thing! lol. Anyways just wanted to let you know that I love the dress and I'm glad you got in a size 8! You will be there before you know it!!!
This is the motto on the family crest for my maiden name. It is latin (obviously) for Who Endures, Conquers. The "patitur" is where we get the root for patience or more literally "She who is patient, conquers." Hail Conquerer Karrie!
