What the Filth flarn flarn kinda filth is this???
So I went to WI and guess what?? I was greeted by a nice, pleasant WHAT THE F(*%^(@^&CK HOLY kinda crap is that GAIN of .4. Totally undeserved!!! lol.
HOWEVER, unlike LAST time I had a .4 gain...and went into a 2 week tail spin, I am enjoying my free day and then tomorrow on the train I go!! lol
I got in my make up exercise today and it was the bare minimum but I did it. Another happy face for me!! YEAY
I still know I RULE and that I will have a kicking loss. About 10 days before TOM I tend to have a icky bloaty gain so I am really believeing that is the culpret. :)

What an inspiration you are!
Congrats on your weight loss...you look great! And I'm sure you feel even better. Keep up the great work ... I hope someday my weight loss chart will look like yours

TOM
Argh, don't you just want to scream when it's TOM, especially those days leading up to it. One day you're one weight, but you wake up the next morning and have magically gained pounds. I try to tell myself not to worry, it's impossible to gain fat like that overnight and I know if I drink enough water, it will all work out, but ARGH! We have to go through enough already, why not let us LOSE weight that one week a month??

considering you ate two meals out the day before...
not that the choices weren't healthy and all...but youjust never know the sodium content of things when you go out...
(as for me...I didn't even bother to weigh on Sat...but of course today the scale read my norm...156.5) will i ever see a lower number?

It could be the TOM. I know I am getting mine soon since I've been crabby at my husband today. Even my husband notices.
Best thing to do is drink a lot of water because your body tends to retain water when you're having your TOM or soon to have your TOM.

Don't worry about it...
It will come off. It's probably just water weight or muscle gained. You're still doing great, so hang in there. Glad to see you still have a great attitude about getting back on track. No more tailspins for you, right?!!!

Stupid scale...
what does it know anyway? And that tom thing is a killer in one way, but we always get that post bloat week after when our weigh in is the best! Then you will make the scale pay!
Do you have a "Eat Wisely" plan in place for your vegas trip?
BTW, yes am still basking in my Rock Star status from my wi yesterday! Thanks for the props!

I feel so guilty!
Blame it on me, ok? I forced you to go out to lunch and dinner! But you made great choices and you got so much exercise! Shopping is a sport, ya know?! :) No biggy, keep running and behaving and next week will show a loss.

How was your weekend in Laguna? I was there tonight! Went to my friends moms house off of Diamond then dinner at Ichibiri in Dana Point. God, I wish I had more time than I did, but at least I got to drive through Laguna via PCH. Beautiful!! Such memories!

Point four? What's that? Really? It's nothing. It's so small a gain that it's practically a loss. That's right it's a loss. Way to go!
Not working? Well, whatever. You've done a great job to date anyway. One little .4 in the grand scheme of things is so miniscule that we shouldn't even acknowledge it. I vote that you delete this post and pretend that it never happened. Or, better yet, lose it next WI just to let it know that it won't keep you down.

Don't Sweat It
You're doing just fine - don't worry about it! Just keep on track with your exercise and nutrition. As for TOM, think of him as a natural detox cure. He'll clean out your system, and hopefully take a few pounds with him when he leaves. Have a great day!

u know we all have our times that the frustration seems unbearable... but... you are not giving up. YEAH!! I am back to kickin ass. I had a difficult weekend. Lovies right back at'cha!
Hate those stupid flucking gains! We both KNOW it is fake weight, still it's like getting your hand slapped when you have done NOTHING "wrong". Glad you are getting back on the train before all the cars are off the track! I am almost to the caboose this week and hanging on for dear life! We CAN, we CAN, we CAN... and as soon as all my cars are back on track I'm coming to Ca, cause I could really use a huge-ass hug from you! : )
