So...how do you know when I am excited??  Well,  I will give you a hint.  It involves LOTS OF CAPITAL LETTERS....lots of (@^%@ punctuation and lots of run on sentences......

What's 1 plus 1 plus 1 plus .8????  MY LOSS FOR THIS FREAKING WEEK!!!  3.8!!!!!!!!!

I got on the scale.  I looked down and there I saw it.  The coveted...desired...and hard worked for 179.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I cried.  I swear!!  lol.

So I am past my 'plateau' (floating around 182....)and I am in a new decade.  And I am excited as hell!! 

Thanks for your support!!!  I will check back in soon!!  But I just had to let you all know.  I. Am. Stoaked.

Yay KBB! I'm so excited for you! Isn't that just the absolute best feeling when you reach a new decade???

I never lose that much in a week; I've seen others do it, but like you said, its like we have to spend one week losing the weight we gain during the week of TOM. 3 steps ahead, 2 steps backward. But, I'm down 3 pounds this week!! and I have mixed feelings about it. Yea, its probably the running. I just want to hurry up and morph into whatever I'm going to end up as so that all the clothes in my closet actually fit me. That is my fantasy.

Thanks for calling me yesterday!! That was so nice...I knew it had to be you! "You won't know me by my voice..." must be KBB!! Its so fun to hear the voices that go with the faces and I can't wait to meet you and everyone else in person! I'm really excited about my trip!

I'm so happy for you!  I think your post is exactly what I needed today.  I'm not feeling so great about this weight loss thing.  I keep screwing it up!  Yeah, I'm being hard on myself, whatever.  I can't change what I've already done, but WHY do I KEEP doing it?  Anyway, I won't bring you down on your happy day!  That's awesome that you are in another decade.  Gotta feel good about that!
