slow and steady
I have still been eating less and drinking water,I also have added a multi-vitamin as well.Every morning I have been walking at 6:15 am the park I go to there's alot of other walkers.I started out only 2 laps around which is 1 mile but today I made it 6 laps thats a whopping 3 miles.I wanted to try for 2 more but didn't want to push it and figure within another week I can add 2 more laps without it being such a shock on my poor out of shape body.As it was my body was screaming "hey lady are you crazy I'm not use to this much activity" and I meantally said shut up you can do it. I weighed today and that was a pleasant surprise because I lost 5 more pounds and inches as well.I'm fixing to turn on some kind of work out show on the tv and try to do this atleast 3 times a week,today being my first day.
This is my update and I hope everyone else is doing great in their efforts as well.
