I couldn't contain my self this morning so I weighed myself and I have lost 6 pounds,WOOHOO! I'm feeling great and over the weekend we cooked chicken breast on the grill and a veggie and I ate only half of my chicken and three bites of my veggie.This seems to be the norm now when I eat,I'm only eating half of the food and I'm using a smaller plate as well .I get full very quick .So here's my update.

Less is more...
Less is more when it comes to eating. Sort of, anyway. I mean, you needs lots of fruits and veggies. Are you taking a multi-vitamin? With your decreased intake of nutrients, you probably need one. Just wondering. Keep up the great work!
