Oh No... A Plateau!

Uh oh, I think I have hit a bit of a weight-loss plateau. What should I do to get back to losing weight? I have heard you should increase exercise, increase calories, decrease calories... Not quite sure what the right thing would be. If anyone has any suggestions I would be thrilled to hear them!!!

You can't expect to lose every day

Stick with your plan.  Whatever your plan is.  Make sure you are eating healthy foods and drinking enough water and exercising.  Make sure you are doing a combination of cardio and resistance training either as pilates, isometrics, or weight-training.  And don't get discouraged.  The scale can get stuck for a number of reasons, none of which is as important as your LACK of reaction to the sticking place.  Stick with your plan and eventually it will budge again.  Try not weighing for a while and get out the tape-measure instead?  Just whatever you do, don't give up.  It will budge again.
