Back Again
Well, I haven't posted here in about a month. Still at the same weight as a month ago. I have started jogging, but it has been sporadic. I really would like to become a runner but it's difficult. I tend to get side stitches and shin splints. I'll see how it goes. My eating has been fine- it's only on the weekends I get myself into trouble. Going out to eat, having wine and cheese, getting some junk food with my boyfriend... During the week I have a great food routine. I have a cup of cereal and a yogurt or banana for breakfast (or peanut butter on bread), fruit for snack, an Amy's Organics meal and fruit for lunch, fruit or veggies for snack, and a salad or Amy's meal for supper. Sometimes I have a small packet of sunflower seeds for snack instead of fruit. Occasionally I will have a can of Dr. Pepper because I love it, but certainly not every day. However, I can't lose weight for the life of me. I know I need to exercise alot more, especially because I have a wedding coming up in July and want to look really nice. *Sigh* Where does everybody get their inspiration? That little kick-start of motivation? I think that's maybe what I'm lacking.
