Its been to long

Its been so long since I have been here, I am trying to get back on track and find my nitch and loose some weight. I tried being on Phentermine and lost 25 pounds it has been 2 years now and have gained it all back. I am at my highest weight at 190 and feel miserable. I started a high fiber diet this week or I should say today, I came home from work and was exhausted. Really need to get back on track. Any ideas please help

Merry Christmas

Well still battleing the bulge,have done fairly well over the weekend so far and feeling pretty good. Have maintained my weight at 178 but realy want to see 150. I have bought a new Wii program its called walk it off I realy like it and have also picked up a program called Zuma dancing which I have begun and also enjoy. Lets hope for a great new year and a new beginning. I could use some inspiration stories. Happy New Year to all.

Help have gained some weight back

Wow its been a crazy summer, I went back to school full time , I work fulltime. My daughter left for college and my stress level is through the roof I have never eaten so much chocolate. Help what do I do my weight is scaring me I want to go back on Phetermine but I know I need to figure this out myself. Well tomorrow I will pack my lunch with salad and fruit and cheese but how can I get rid of this sweet tooth. Anyone have any ideas please help

Another Birthday

Happy Birthday to me! Yesterday was my 43rd Birthday it was a nice day I worked as usual, and came home and the significant other was home from work early to take me to dinner and had flowers it was so nice. Went to Dinner with Daughter and Fiance and then went and has dessert with son at his work, was a good day for the most part except my parents forgot my birtday which upset me allot but I am over it, the y are a big part of my weight issues and i'm not going to let them get me down. I have been working out to the biggest looser and it has been great first time the scale has moved in 9 months it dropped to 167 for 2 days but back up to 170 Grrrrrr I hope it drops back down havn't weighed myself since. Also trying to keep a food diary to keep under calories.

Well just did the Biggest looser on the WII and it kicked my butt, I feel great but havn't sweated this much in forever I hope thats a good sign, need to get a boost and loose some more weight my 25th class reunion is August and I want to be 150 pounds or less so work outs here we come I can do this I know I can

Happy Friday

Well its friday and no work today I should be happy but i'm not its raining again wanted to go for a nice walk and cleanse my mind, looks like up to the work out room on to the bike. Had my fiber one and am thinking about what to eat for lunch as I have a lunch date with an old friend. Had a cute outfit picked out but like I said now its raining  :(

So sleepy

Well its thursday and been realy watching my foos this week went back to packing my lunch and went to the store and bought lots of fruit and vegies and realy trying to stay on track. But sleep comes hard I toss an turn most the night and by 3pm I am so tired I can barely drive home but then at bed time i'm not tired.  I have been taking my fish oil but nothing else, maybe its time for a vitamin of sorts.

Been way to long

Wow it has been way to long since I have been on here, I have maintained my weight loss but have been at a stand still for a long long time I realy need a boost to get me started again. My class reunion is in Aug and i'd like to loose 15-20 pds . The bad part is I can't realy exercise so what does a person do?
But I do know that I need to get back to posting on my blog and recording my food.

Back on Track

Wow its been almost a month since I have been on here, Significant other got laid off again and still i'm batteling injurys. But I have been walking and doing water therapy and I seen the scale move to 169 this week and its TTOM and I managed to loose a little . I realy wanted to at least 5lbs by the 3rd of March as thats when i'm headed to the South padre's for some much needed R & R.  I tried on a few dresses for my upcoming wedding and I decided nope just can't do it need to get in better shape and loose more weight.

Crazy week

Its been a crazy week at school and home, but I am doing ok my calorie count is still low and I have been walking about 11,000 steps a day and adding other exercises as well. I also tried The biggest looser 10 min workout it was good.Just trying to add some new things to my routine to see if I can jump start my weight.
