Boot Camp and Food

Oh my. I just got my "Build Your Own Meals" from my bootcamp that I started yesterday.  I went to the store and picked up the stuff. I know I will be hungry but maybe I can fill up on water?

Since there are so many varieties of what I can eat, I have to meal plan so that I have on hand stuff to take with me and not get overwhelmed. In addition to this, I am going to give myself my own space in the pantry and the fridge. One for me, so I don't look elswhere and get tempted...and for my family to keep their grubby little fingers off of my stuff.

So, this weeks meals starting today:

Wed:

B: 2 slices wheat toast with spray butter, 1 t lowfat peanut butter, and a half a banana

S: 15 pretzel sticks

L:  3 Wasa crackers topped with light laughing cow cheese, 10 baby carrots and 2 C baby spinach topped with FF ranch

S: 1 wheat tortilla topped with salsa

D: (fish tacos) grilled fish, 1 wheat tortilla, cilantro slaw

S: 4 cups hot air popped popcorn with spray butter

Thursday:

B: 1C Kashi cereal with 1C skim milk, 1/2C blueberries

S:  WW yogurt

L: baked potato with spray butter and 1/4C light cheese (lots of pepper!), 1 C strawberries

S: celery with FF ranch

D: (night in the town square) tuna sandwich with very little light mayo, 1 C veggies, a light beer

S: 12 unsalted almonds

Friday:

B: Wheat english muffin, 1 egg and 2 eggwhite omlette, sliced tomatoes

S: sliced apple with lf pb

L: 3 Wasa crackers, 3 oz roasted chicken, 10 baby carrots and spinach with ff ranch

S: fresh fruit with string cheese

D: baseball game...will more than likely cheat.

Saturday:

B: kashi cereal with skim milk, 1/2 C blueberries

S: working, will take pretzels

L: 1 baked sweet potato with spray butter, low sodium tuna and spinach/orange salad

S: wheat tortilla with salsa

D: working again, veggie burger on a wheat bun and 1/2 avocado

S: beer lol

Sunday:

B: wheat english muffin with 1t pb, low sugar jam

S: WW yogurt

L:  lf grilled cheese, handfull of cherry tomatoes

S: 12 unsalted almonds

D: 4 oz grilled asian chicken, 3/4 brown rice with low sodium soy sauce, 1 C steamed veggies

S:  glass of wine

Here I am

This time last year I was traning for the Breast cancer 3 day. I weighed about 155 around this time. By the time October came around, I was 138. Then on mile 42 or so I fractured me foot. Since then my activity has slowed down like crazy...I then started eating like crap and I am now back up to 154. I am so mad at myself for gaining the weight I tried so hard to loose by simply training and eating well.

This morning I started a 5 week bootcamp (at 5:30 in the morn..yawn). So, we will see.
