My Plan
I will go every single day to the gym at 2:00p.m. I was going at like 5:30-6:00 but I was fighting with two other girls for the machine I wanted. So I will go while they are at work. Yup I went today and there was nothing but an older man playing pool. So I like that. I did twenty minutes of stair stepper thing with my personal setting. Which includes a resistance of 11 and an incline of at least 9 more like 10. But then I turn it down 10 minutes into the workout. So its good I work my upper butt and upper legs which is all I need really. Then I do the arm pully thing and do 50 reps at 25lbs. Which doesn't burn but I don't need to be buff just firm. Then I come home and do 100 crunches and my one two three crunches to each knee. Yeah then in the eveining I have been also doing 50 more crunches. Oh and I do leg lefts for my butt. Never had a butt and don't expect to really get one any time soon.
