Struggles
So if losing weight isn't hard enough as it is to begin with, I have an extra hump in my road.
Because of that nice little curve in my lower spine, it makes me feel like it's impossible to get a proper work out in. The pain is just so unbareable.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I don't want to go at this with just diet alone...

My Lifestyle Change!
Starting tomorrow
