Plateau already?

Okay, so I recovered from my peanut butter debacle and managed to drop another pound before Sunday weigh-in.  Now, though, I'm stuck!  Yes, I am one of those people who weighs every day (I know, I know),  But, the daily changes help keep me motivated.  Here is my weight from the last week...

Four of the last 6 days have been at 196.  It's possible that TOM is on it's way (I have all of the other symptoms so far).  But, it's still frustrating when I'm only on my second week of the diet!

I'm not devastated.  I'm not giving up.  I'm not thinking that it's not gonna work for me ('cause I know it will).  Mostly, I just needed to vent.  Thanks for listening.

Weigh In

I weigh in just about every day too. I think it's like the fries at McDonald's ~ Its just an addiction. LOL! Dont worry. We all do it!  Keep that head up!

Weighing

Hi Lynda, it's me again.  I weigh every day, too.  I think it's teaching me about how my body really works.  I've gotten used to seeing the same number day after day and the all of a sudden a dip in the scale.  I'm conditioning myself for maintenance.  If you read my blog, I'm in the middle of a plateau right now, well actually I lost 1 lb. since yesterday, but that is after 11 days of nothing.  I'm sure that you've lost more since you posted, right?  It does take getting used to, weighing every day, but I think it's the best way for me to keep it real.

See ya in the MMT forum. :)
