Just Wanted To Check in

 Hey Guys, I just wanted to check in.... I didn't weigh myself this week because of TOM, but im still watching what I eat (well, kinda). Only three more days until I am done with finals! yay!!! I am so worried about passing all of my classes, but I'm moving back home once this is all over and I am just so excited I cant even explain. I am getting back together with my trainer that I had in high school (back when I was in tip top shape and captain of the swim team AND the water polo team) so I know he is going to whip me into shape. I also stopped eating meat again... so I feel like if i'll be working out the same way I was in high school, and eating the same way I was in high school, then I'll get back to my high school weight in no time (yea, I was 145 and TONED as heck and I still thought I was fat...... now, when I look back i'm like YEA RIGHT!!!! lol)

Biggest Loser

man, a girl loses 4 lbs in one week and she is disappointed in herself?!!?! that's craziness if you ask me. Oh well, i still love watching it anyway... i really want to be on it actually, i would totally kick butt.... and I would turn Bob straight and then get married to him lol

yay for resistance bands!

ive been doing "ok".... BUT i just bought a resistance band from Baily's and ive been using it non-stop. I mean, i probably should be going to the gym (ive been neglecting my cardio) but at least i am toning up my arms while im watching tv. I really need to get back into it... i just need some motivation.

so one of my goals this week was to undo any damage I had done on Thanksgiving. I weighed myself a few days before it and i was 167.5 so my goal for yesterday (friday) was to have not gained any weight.... and i didnt! I weighed myself and i was exactly 167.5 again. Now I can start focusing on going down down down

Work it out!

Im starting to work out again... which i feel really good about, because I can honestly say that I love to do it... and always have (it is just so hard getting started!). I have my work out play list that I LOVE but I want to add onto it, if anyone has any suggestions of good songs that really "get you going" I would love to hear!

Thanksgiving

Today is officially the start of my long Thanksgiving weekend, wish me luck. I hope everyone has a great one!

shopping

I went shopping today, and it was a DISASTER! I went to like 7 different stores, tried on like 30 different dresses, and broke down crying 3 times. I looked like a big fat cow in everything.... or I looked pregnant. it was disgusting. my legs hurt so bad from walking around, i was out for 3 hours and I got nothing from it. I am so exhasted right now I am just going to get in bed and pass out.

Yay, I journaled again today, I ate a little extra calories, but it's ok. I am going to try to start working out again soon. I'm SUPER excited for the Biggest Loser tonight :)
