Ok, so something weird has been going on. I can only think it is being of either all of the vitamins/suppliments I am taking (one multivitamin, 2 calcium tablets, and 2-3 omega 3/6/9 tablets), my birth control, or the phentermine. I have always had this thing where i can not stand (almost like a phobia) rotten food. I know, no one really likes the smell or sight of it, but I like flip out and start crying and gagging and i think i am going to throw up. Anyways, so lately i've been getting those same kind of nausious feelings just with regular food. If i think about it or smell it I just feel like i am going to vomit. Things that I use to really like eating, like cottage cheese, yogurt, spinach, and berries have been doing it to me. I don't even know how to describe it. Anyways, I was eating breakfast this morning and my dad brings out a bowl of cottage cheese and i take one look at it and i had to run to the bathroom and throw up. When I came back to the table i was totally fine. I talked to my mom about it and she says that is how you feel when you are preggo and have morning sickness. Now my mom thinks I am pregnant. Anyways, I am assuming it is the multivitamin (because i take calcium and multivitamin during breakfast and then my b/c and phen after breakfast) and my body is just having a hard time processing all of the vitamins all at once.... but who knows.

Different times?
OK. I know the phen you should take in the morning or it will wreac havoc on your sleeping.
What about the BC and the vitamins? Can you take those later in the day? Or after you have eaten?
I can't take vitamins on an empty stomach. When I used to take prenatals back in the day, I had to take them at bedtime vs in the morning.
I would suggest breaking up the amount of pills you're taking...take phen at 15-30 minutes before you eat, and take the other stuff on a full stomach...maybe that will help. Also, as far as your calcium, I read in a magazine article (I think it was prevention or shape or one of those other health type mags) that your body can only absorb 500mgs of calcium at a time, and they recommend taking 1 in the am and 1 in the pm.
How much water are you drinking with your meds and supplements? Are you taking them before you sit down to eat, or after you are done eating? Try taking them when you are done with your meal if you are not already. That way you will have something on your stomach first.
Thanks so much for the kind comment yesterday. That had to be one of the sweetest I have received in a long time. Thank you!
I have to tell you that when you were doing BFL, your 6 weeks results were some of the best I have seen. You were doing it, and you were doing it well. It was working for you in a big way. NO, I am not telling you that so you can look back with "wish I would have stuck with it, wish I would have...." I'm telling you all of that because I KNOW you can do it. I saw those results. You were doing great and you can do great again. Pull out your sucess journal and head to the gym tomorrow. You will feel just as amazing as you were the last time, and you will get the results you did before.
You DID get results, you actually got great results, and you can do it again!
I am in your cheering section!!! You can do it!!!!!!
