alcohol is evil
Ok, I totally overdid it last night. My parents went out of town last night so I had a little "get together" at the house. I logged onto Dailyplate this morning and tracked everything that I ate and drank (from what I can recall lol) and I just went totally out of my calorie range. I ended up having 2600 calories yesterday! It could have been worse.... but that is pretty bad. I am really proud of myself though for tracking what I did. Today is my friend's birthday party, we are having a BBQ for her. I was planning on having a few beers, but I think I am just going to have to use my will power and say no all together to them (a "few" beers at a party always ends up being 4 or 5 for me). My goal for today is to do some kind of physical activity before the BBQ. I think I am just going to walk down to the tanning salon and then walk back (it's only about 2 miles, but at least it is something). I just can't find the motivation to go back to the gym... I think i am scared of it or something.
