4.5 lbs :)
yay :) I just weighed myself this morning. I have been on phentermine for one week and I lost 4 and a half pounds which I am super excited about. My goal for this week is to lose at least 3 lbs. I think I can easily do it if I start journaling my food and focus more on my nutrition. My carb/protein/fat ratio goal is 40:30:30 with less refined carbs and more healthy fats. I also want to get more exercise in. I am going to try to walk more and swim on my breaks at work.
