Daily Plate
So I have been on phentermine for a week now (my official weigh in is tomorrow morning) and I think it's gone pretty well. I know that I am eating less, but I want to start tracking my calories and focus on my nutrition too again. I made an account on Dailyplate.com so i'll journal all my food on there.
Today I ate 1,235 calories. 61% carbs, 21% protein, and 17% fat
