ok so i did not do my BFL work out.... BUT I did walk to work and home from work. Total it was about 6-7 miles and lots of hills. Eating went well kind of, I had one oat bran pancake and a few pieces of papaya for breakfast, and apple and 2 protein waters at work, 1/2 cookie when i got home, and one piece of veggie pizza for dinner.
