BFL day 41
I'm super sleepy, tuesdays are always a really busy day for my and I am SO proud of myself for making myself go to the gym. I FINALLY got my LBWO in. I was just having a problem getting to the gym, but once I am there I am always good. I did lots of abs and I am really feeling it.... love it! I also did yoga and my forearms are really sore (weird... but whatev). I also went for a short walk and I even made time to see my boyfriend and do some homework. Good day if you ask me.
M1 (230): egg whites, a little pesto, mushrooms and a piece of whole wheat toast. M2 (240): fruit and almonds M3 (250): whole wheat tortilla and lowfat cheese M4 (250) brown rice and tofu. M5 (310): slim fast bar and a glass of nonfat milk. M6 (220): special K protein plus cereal, soymilk, and 1/2 banana
Total: about 1500 calories
Workout: 1 hour yoga (easy), LBWO, 15 minutes stair master, 20 minute walk
