Just Today
today was pretty good, I ate right and stayed on plan without any little snacky stuff. I didn't do high intensity work out, but I did play racquetball for about 40 minutes which definitely got me sweating (I'm not very good, so i do a ton of running around lol). Tomorrow I NEED to do some weight lifting, I havnt done any since last wednesday, and if I want to start seeing results, i really have to step it up.
M1 (210): protein shake w/ 1/2 cup soymilk, blueberries, and whey powder. M2 (160): edamame and seaweed salad. M3 (320): glass of milk and almonds. M4 (480): 1/2 whole wheat pretzel, jamba juice w/ protein and fiber. M5 (360): homemade pizza w/ whole wheat crust and low fat cheese
Total: about 1530 calories
Workout: racquetball and walking
