Plan for this week
I usually don't like making weekly plans, I find that I actually do better when I make daily plans instead, but the past few days I havn't been very focused and havn't been doing my BFL 100% just because of my new piercings and my stomach pains I have been having got me all out of wack. One day I will do the work out, but then not the eating and visa versa... so i have to get it back on track. I am almost half way done!
Monday (today)- LBWO, Raquetball, EFL
Tuesday- high intensity cardio, yoga, walking, EFL
Wednesday- UBWO, walking, EFL
Thursday- yoga, high intensity cardio, walking, EFL
Friday- LBWO, walking, EFL
Saturday- high intensity cardio, walking, EFL
Sunday- Weigh and measure in the morning, walking, free day
