4 lbs down since monday :)
hooray!! So I weighed myself today and i'm down 4 lbs! I can't even believe it, i am so happy. Today was my free day and i definitely was free... but i still felt good because it is all part of my plan lol. I had smoothie for breakfast, baby burrito w/ black beans for lunch, cous cous and talapia and 3 pieces of bread at dinner, and i had 1/2 cup stawberry ice cream for dessert... so yes, it was a yummy yummy day. Back to my 6 meals healthy meals a day and cardio tomorrow.

I am not surprised you are down that much...I have been incredibly impressed with what you have been achieving this week.
Your 'free' day doesn't even sound bad to me

Free day is great isn't it? I find that I can't wait to get back on track after free day. The cravings are gone, and your ready to focus!
I, personally, think Free Day is GENIOUS in its design.

Great loss!
Keep up the great work! Thanks for posting on my blog. I've been working my butt off and joined a cardio kick boxing class. So I'm hoping to be down another 24lbs in 3 months. I think it's an achievable goal. So here's to both of us meeting our June 1st goal.

nice work on those 4 lbs lost! I hope you knee feels better. Reminds me of the time I fell off the treadmill in a gym full of people! Definitely embarrassing!

4lbs LESS of you this week than last..that is AWESOME!! Nothing motivates quite like stepping on the scale and seeing that LOWER number! Keep up the good work, and you'll hit that goal in NO TIME!!
