What am I doing wrong?

No matter what I do, it seems I can't lose weight. I just maintain. Granted I lost 3 pounds this week, but I think it is only because I was finishing off AF last week.

I work out, I've cut my portions, I don't eat horribly. No sweets or anything. I gave up my coffee and sweet tea. I don't know what else to do. I've upped my sit ups from 70 to 110. I have also upped my weights at the gym.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello! I was just cruising and saw your post. Many people stop losing weight or hit a plateau after they loose quite a bit, saying, "I'm doing the same thing I've been doing the whole time!" Which is usually the problem. As a now smaller person (yay) you have to eat less food (bummer). If eating 1500 calories before, maybe try 1300 or 1200 now. Also, it might help upping your cardio. Upping weights won't usually help you lose weight, just gain muscle.. some rockin cardio for an hour a few times a week could be what you're looking for... but I saw this feeling pretentious.. I don't know what your habits are already :P

Hope you get over your hump! Happy losing :) Oh, and your picture progression thing is really cool. You look like you're thin even when you're pregnant.

That is a big baby!!! I know how you feel I have 4 kids and my body is definitely not the way it was!

Maybe try to shock your body by changing your workout routine, or adding some vitamins???
