Samller Portions
Well, I am not a cold turkey kind of girl. So I have started with eating less Edemame. So far so good. I was eating a bag a day. Now I only allow myself a bag a week. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't add all the salt that I do.
I have also started with decreasing my portions. Or at least, not going back for seconds. I LOVE food. Seriously. I eat it till I am so full only because I like the taste. So now I am paying more attention to my tummy then my taste buds. I am stopping myself sooner. Not going back for seconds and not finishing everything on my plate if it is huge. I already am noticing a difference.
Monday I am starting a Biggest Loser Competition. I am really hoping this helps me be more accountable. Plus I have finally found a good time to go to the gym. In the evenings after I put the girls down for bed. DH is busy watching baseball, so I can go and work out and not wory if they girls are crying in the daycare. I was able to get to the gym 4 times this week. I am loving it.
I am trying. I really am.
