Must be held accountable
There has been some things going on with weight loss lately. Luckily, it brought me to this site. I think I really need to be held accountable for what I am eating. For instance, this morning I had an english muffin with peanut butter and a bag of Edemame. Oh, and don't forget the S'mores granola bar. UGH!
So if I plan to lose this weight by DH's 40th birthday that we are spending in Vegas, I need to do something proactive.
I am nursing and taking Domperidone to help my supply. However, i think I am going to stop the Domperidone. I think it is what is causing me to eat so much. I love food, but I don't normally eat this muchand am hungry ALL the time.
So wish me luck. I have about 7 months to lose about 30 pounds. Can I do it?

I think you can!
I recently started Weight Watchers, about 6 weeks ago and have lost just about 15#'s ... and that's amazing for me! Have you tried WW? It's an awesome plan that you can follow very easily! The cost is only the meetings or doing it online (which I believe is cheaper) and then there's an online forum for support with a bunch of fantastic people! it's called Boot Camp Buddies! here's the link, but you have to copy & paste since the Link feature is not working at EP.com right now ...
