Once Again
Once again, I've let myself fail. I get to a certain point on a diet, usually under 200 and then I gain it all back plus more. I'm so disappointed in myself and have felt like giving up, but I'm giving it another try. Im going back on HMR shakes and entrees and today is the first day.
Goals for this week:
1. Stay on diet
2. Keep track of food and excercise this week
3.Blog at least once
4. Stay off Scale until next Sun. (hardest of all for me)
5. 8 cups of H20

3 Days
I've made it! I have been counting points for the last 3 days and doing well. Trying to get my water in is not so easy though. I've been staying busy due to work and school, that helps. Im having a good week, I hope all of you are too!

Hello everyone,
I had a nice vacation, and I have been slacking for awhile. I've decided to start counting points again. I know it's a pain, but if you keep track of your points, your holding yourself accountable and that's what I need. You also see results! Wish me luck.

Holiday
Hello everyone,
I've decided to take off with the kids for a short vacation before school starts. I'm taking an online medical terminology course and a biologyy course. My kids are starting 4th and 10th grade. Gosh, Im getting old! Well in all honesty I like being 35, it's a good age. Talk to you all later, when we come back from Kentucky.

Having goals
I've decided that I need more accountability for my life. I dont want to always be the chubby girl, with the pretty face. I want my outside to match my inside, and it's not just about being overweight! I want people to see that there is so much more to me, than what meets the eye. I'm smart, friendly, and full of life. I love to laugh and be around people. So, here it goes, my first blog!
