what a sunday!

What a day! Since 9.30am I have been in the garage moving everything around and indoors as everything is suffering badly from damp, mold and the wet, namedly from the back of the garage.

Nearly finshed, but definately finshed for today! Just waiting for dinner to cook!

saturday part II

well, I have finally found another swimsuit to try out. I sent the other one back as it showed off a BIT too much clevage! I just hope it fits, its a racer back which is great, but its size 20, so it may not fit for a little while, but hey, it'll be mini goal!!

Oh, and I also did 30 mins on the bike tonight while I was waiting for dinner to cook.

I just got back from the pool, and I did 40 lengths without stopping, so I am pretty proud of myself.

Now I am home and in need of food!!!!!!!

(and a decent swimsuit!)

Hey! :(

Hey, I just noticed on the weight loss chart it doesn't have the right loss, it should be 0.9Kg more!!

Then I really looked at it, and it is based on the weight I was when I opened this blog back in August. But between then and January I put on another 0.9 kilos.

Make sense?

I finally got a new battery for the exercise bike this morning beofre I went to the gym. So when I came home, I changed it and I rode for 30 minutes. Brave words I know, but I am going to try and use it as much as I can on top of going to the gym, maybe that way I can get rid of this apron quicker!

Now I need to change the batteries in the bathroom scales!

Hey, I left this part wya through, and I have done another 30 minutes on the bike, this time on level 3, man having the tv on really does help, the time goes a lot quicker! :)

Icky day

Today hasn't been brilliant.  I haven't been to the gym because I had a doctors appointment and needed to run a few errands, and usual story but I have to think about the dogs.....

I finally had a smear test, uncomfortable but not too bad, not as bad as last time. I just felt like I had been scratched inside afterwards, icky!

I did do my good deed for the day while I was there though, a lady had an epileptic attack while in the waiting room. I got to her first and helped her as best I could before one of the doctors came out.

Then I went to work to make sure they knew I wouldn't be in this weekend, and needless to say, I am in trouble. One of the deputy managers had a word, and said we will have to "discuss my hours" when I get back. I am ready for a fight though!

Diet wise I am back on track, though I need to  monitor my sugar intake. I have been eating chewit sweets and meringue nests, which although are low in points, they are high in sugar. When my little stash of chewits is gone, I wont be buying any more, and I need to restrict my cereal bar intake too though they are not quite as bad. I need to increase my fruit eating, maybe that will help with the need for a sugar rush.

Slight Blip!

Whoops!

I had a bad day yesterday, and in a huff I grabbed the mint crisps and the snack eggs! Bad, bad girl!

I was so stressed by my spanish course, I couldn't get a computer program to work, and got sooooo mad!

BUT, I have not allowed it escalate, it has stopped here and now, and back on that wagon as of this morning.

I have just got back from my aqua aerobics class, and now its lunch time......

Week 1 Results!

Drum roll please!!!!

I have lost 2.3 kilos!!!

That equates to 5 pounds!

WHOO HOOOO!!!!

Weigh in day tomorrow!!!!

Tomorrow morning is the big day!!!

What will the scales tell me?

I went to the pool this morning and took an aqua aerobics class! I thought it was going to be worse than it was, I was nervous about going, and nervous about how hard it was going to be, but it was good! I definately puffed a bit, but hey, thats what I was there for!! All I need now is a decent swimming costume, something I dont fall out of!!! *gasp*

Progress Report

So, how is it going?

Well, I started the diet on Wednesday, and have been doing very well so far, including today, when we went out for lunch. I had a bbq chicken dish with rice rather than chips, and I still have points left over after sandwiches for supper.

On the fitness front, it hasn't been as good as it could have been, but not bad at all. I went to the gym on Thursday morning, then couldn't go on Friday which was a bummer, then of course I work on Saturdays, but I did go today. I did my set, then went for a dip, and did 20 lengths in two sets.
